You may not use Erino Services in any manner that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or disruptive to others. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, sending unsolicited or unauthorized messages (“spam”), using contact lists obtained without consent, impersonating another person or organization, harvesting or scraping personal data, or transmitting content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. You must not upload or distribute viruses, malware, spyware, or any other malicious code. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network connected to Erino Services, from testing or probing system vulnerabilities, or from performing denial-of-service attacks or similar disruptive activities.
You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise distribute Erino Services to third parties without prior written authorization. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of Erino Services is also prohibited. All use must be solely for the internal business purposes of the subscribing customer.
