Erino provides users with the ability to request deletion of Facebook-related data in accordance with Meta Platform policies.
How to Request Deletion
If you have connected your Facebook account to Erino, you may request deletion of your Facebook-related data in one of the following ways:
Through Facebook App Settings:
Data Processor for customer data stored within customer CRM workspaces.
When acting as a processor, we process personal data strictly under our customer’s instructions and in accordance with applicable agreements, including our Data Processing Agreement where applicable.
Through Facebook App Settings:
Navigate to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
Locate Erino.
Select “Remove” and follow the instructions.

What Happens When a Deletion Request Is Received
Upon receiving a valid deletion request via Facebook’s Data Deletion mechanism or direct contact:
A. Account & Identity Information
We delete Facebook Login identity data (including app-scoped user ID).
We revoke associated access tokens.
We disable integrations created by that Facebook user.
We stop processing Facebook Platform Data associated with that identity.
Lead records previously created inside a customer’s CRM workspace may be retained as business records of that customer unless deletion is legally required.
Status of Your Deletion Request
If your request was initiated through Facebook, you will receive a confirmation code and status URL as part of the deletion process.For further assistance, please contact support@erino.io.
